Is hyperbaric therapy safe?
Yes, hyperbaric therapy is a safe and effective treatment when administered by trained professionals.
What should I wear during the session?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. All personal items will be secured outside the chamber.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies based on individual needs. During your consultation, we will recommend a personalized treatment plan.
How often should I have sessions?
The frequency of sessions depends on your specific health needs and goals. Some individuals may benefit from daily sessions for a short period, while others might only need a few sessions spread over several weeks. Your treatment plan will be customized during your initial consultation.
How long does a typical session last?
Each session typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. This includes time for you to enter and exit the chamber and any necessary monitoring.
Can anyone use a hyperbaric chamber?
While hyperbaric therapy is safe for many individuals, it may not be suitable for everyone. Pregnant women, those with certain respiratory issues, and individuals with some ear conditions may need to avoid it. We’ll assess your health history during your consultation to ensure it's a safe option for you.
Are there any side effects of hyperbaric therapy?
Most people experience few to no side effects, but some may experience mild discomfort during the pressure changes, such as ear popping or a feeling of fullness. In rare cases, more serious side effects can occur, but these are typically manageable. We will discuss any potential risks with you before beginning treatment.
Can I bring someone with me during my session?
For safety and comfort reasons, we typically recommend that only the client receiving treatment is in the chamber during the session. However, family members or friends are welcome to accompany you in the waiting area.
